These terms cover this early-access website. The Stocktrail product itself is not yet available; when it launches, it will ship with its own terms.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your interest, not a spot, a price, or a delivery date. Early access opens in batches and we decide batch order at our discretion. We may contact you about the product; you can leave the list any time by emailing us.

No warranties

This site and its contents are provided as-is. Product descriptions, feature lists, and pricing tiers shown here describe what we intend to build and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the signup form, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt the service. We rate-limit and filter automated submissions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made based on pre-release information on this site.
