Stocktrail is being built by a small team that already runs inventory software for wineries, an industry where a single mislabeled pallet can mean a compliance problem, not just a miscount. Working with those customers taught us something: the tools that big warehouses use are overkill for small operations, and the tools small operations actually use, spreadsheets and memory, fall over the moment stock lives in more than one place.

Stocktrail takes what worked, real-time stock levels, QR-based scanning from any phone, dispatch, and a complete audit trail, and strips away everything industry-specific. No modules, no consultants, no implementation project. If your business moves physical goods between a couple of storefronts, a warehouse, or a van fleet, it should feel like it was built for you, because it was.
